No, it STATES IT! It says: “Queer and trans Americans who sexually abuse children will be subject to the death penalty, while all straight people who sexually abuse children will not be subject to the death penalty.”
Ok, maybe I haven’t found that passage yet, but judging from their reaction, it must be in the text, since we’ve been told, OVER AND OVER that queer and trans people are no more likely to sexually abuse children than straight people...so why else might there be any significant concern from that ‘community’?

I reread article, and didn’t read that queer and trans child molesters will be subject to death penalty, not straights. The posts were really stupid, and I kept reading Missouri has banned ‘gender affirming care,’ which is total BS. Law says patient has to have shown intense pattern of gender dysphoria for 3 years, and received 15 hours of therapy. Patient must also be screened for autism and ‘social media addiction.’ Wise, but I have no idea how one screens for that.
