Neither perps or victim knew how to fight.
It looked to me like the initial perp had a cell phone in his hand when he got in the car, then the owner got ahold of the phone after ripping off his jacket, which spurred the whole fight to get it back.
I believe the initial perp would have just bolted if not for the jacket; he should have left it. There must have been incriminating evidence in its pockets. I bet the jackwagon gets punished by his handlers.
