4 Ninjas, and they couldn’t defeat him before that lady yelled about calling the police. That’s a good fighter, but no one wants to be expected to literally fight for your car.
I think the driver must have left his key in the car, then stepped away for a moment. Apparently, he was being watched and trailed.
