I well remember that when I swore to the oath of Enlistment, I was taken by the phrase of “...All Enemies, Foreign And Domestic..”. Keep in mind that I had just turned 18 and was very much “wet behind the ears”. Over the years, the DemocRAT Party made me fully realize just what those words really meant.

I’m a grad of USAFA, and the place has major issues. I’d argue it doesn’t know what its mission is. That said, why would anyone need the oath of office explained to them. It’s a simple concept. The Academy has corrupted almost everything, but focusing on instilling the meaning of the Oath seems a bit ridiculous.
