Former flight attendant chiming in - imagine an emergency on your plane where an emergency evacuation needs to take place - let’s say an engine caught fire and everyone will evacuate on the runway. This porker will delay everyone getting off the plane in a safe manner. If the window exits are the only ones being about to be used (water evacuation) then bye bye to everyone on the plane as she will not be able to get through and could cause the death of others behind her and her inability to maneuver would affect anyone trying to evacuate.
Also, if there is an impact, her seat could easily be dislodged and flung forward causing the injury and death of others as the seats are only able to hold so much weight safely.
I deadheaded everywhere and to sit beside an obese person was awful. Many were gracious but some would argue about needing a seatbelt extender and claim to have been purposefully humiliated by the flight attendant giving them one when she saw their seatbelt wouldn’t connect because of their girth. They have lifted the armrests and poured onto my space of seat and sweated on me and bumped me anytime they moved.
Try eating a salad every once in a while or better yet, charter a cargo plane. I have zero sympathy. I saw paraplegics with more grace than this sow - people who had no control over their lot in life and then you have someone like her who approaches every Chinese buffet with a tractor beam and a shovel. The entitlement is just sickening.
Like Cowgirl of Justice said in an emergency it would take this tub of lard at least two trips to haul ass.

Years ago I was stuck in a middle seat between two obese folks—New York to LA flight.
It was so awful that I still have a fear of flying—not because of the “normal” reasons—but because a long flight can be so uncomfortable.
The cost of a first class ticket to avoid this is another deterrent to flying.
