I guess not. Why aren't Disney stockholders, for example, seething mad about losing the sweetest deal the State of Florida every cut any corporation ever? I mean, they were a little sovereign statelet in Florida. How much was that worth? Disney decides to go to war with the Governor and they lose those rights of inestimable value? Why no stockholder revolt?
Weird.
“My question is this: do the stockholders of these woke corporations ever get sick of watching their stockholder value wiped out by these moronic corporate dweebs pursing their little woke fantasies as their expense?”
They don’t seem to. No.
My question is this who subsidizes them to be doing social engineering over and above sales and consumer advocacy.
It’s obvious that’s what they’re doing.
Of course Bob Iger is the @$$ that started the whole "woke" mess.
Disney didn’t lose. Disney transferred its authority to a different entity and DeSantis was outfoxed.

Unfortunately not. Many are mutual funds and hedge funds who are interested in one thing only - profitability and the price of the stock.
Worse yet, these funds do not wanna pi** off the ESG powers that be and end up on the receiving end of seeing their ESG “goodwill” go down the toilet.
