The Harbor is one of the few decent neighborhoods in that 3rd world ess whole that is Bmore.
The Inner Harbor isn't even that nice (or safe) these days. They are having a hard time getting decent tenants there as a result. William Donald Schaefer, the architect of Baltimore's renaissance in the 80's, is likely rolling over in his grave at how liberal "leadership" in Baltimore has destroyed its formerly crown jewel.
