Will the orcs come boiling out of the cities when the drugs run out? Once they've run out of places to loot, people to victimize and kill, once the food's gone, once the power goes out so they can't run their flat screen TVs, once the toilets stop flushing - they'll begin to peel out in small groups at first. Then a flood.
The countryside will be ready for them. KTF / KTA.
