not only does Garland and the DOJ support these threats,
but if all the murders are done at night, when the DOJ
reportedly cannot “see” and all killers and arsonists
can run free, Garland has probably promised to
let them off, as is his way.

It is indeed a crime. My stepson (who is not a Democrat) threatened to kill someone and was arrested. His trial date was supposed to be last week but was postponed indefinitely.
