Actually, she essentially won that suit. The NDA was deemed unenforceable by the court. Trump's lawyers claimed she hadn't technically prevailed, since the case was dismissed. The judge disagreed, saying that voiding the NDA was a win for Daniels, and ordering Trump to pay her $44,000 legal fees. Daniels lost another case against Trump and was ordered to pay his $300,000 legal fees. Apparently Trump's lawyers are a lot more expensive than Avenatti.

He was ordered, but did he ever pay her? She owes him far more than $44,000. He should have just deducted the $44,000 from the half-million+ she owes him.
