I don’t think that anybody is suggesting that Joey Crappy Pants Biden released this info himself. Now if you are suggesting that one of the Perverts, Pedophiles, and Sexual Deviants in his administration is the source of the leak, NOW you would be on target.

People take notes during classified meetings. Those notes “should” be reviewed by security officials to ensure nothing classified leaks out. The odds of Joey’s people breaking this rule, in my opinion, are about 100%.

Now, could this entire leak be disinformation to mess with Russia? Absolutely. Just maybe Joey’s Perverts, Pedophiles, and Sexual Deviants are simply being Groomed by Zelensky to get more $$$$$$$ for the Ukraine money laundry operations.

Looking this up so far, why is it all this "classified" information looks like OSINT and publicly available data, dressed up with mil-speak labels? Could be real, could be disinformation, or someone could have a laugh at making a fake and watching everyone worry over it.

The way Russia operates, this could be response to the "Vulkan files" and Gleb Karakulo's defection. Russia likes to get in the last word after they get it worse off on the battlefield or in the news.

When secret U.S. slides leaked out yesterday, Russian propaganda channels quickly reposted them — but after a little photoshop. Suddenly, 43.5k 🇷🇺 fatalities turned to 17.5k, while 17.5k 🇺🇦 KIA became 71.5k. Russian vehicle losses shrank from 6,004 to 600. Spot the differences.

This is where The Telegraph got the claim it was photoshopped. Russian propagandists go for volume and creating confusion. Once that is figured out it is easier to tune them out. From the Vice article in #34:

"According to Aric Toler, a researcher at Bellingcat, an early version of the leak appeared on 4chan on April 5. This leak contained three documents and isn't the original source. Toler told Motherboard he found a version of the leak on an “Minecraft Discord server” that predates what's on 4chan. The version the gaming discussion group contained 10 images, including maps Kharkiv and Kherson as well as an additional page detailing equipment that Toler hasn't seen elsewhere. Motherboard confirmed the leak by looking at the Discord server."

Why would anyone leak something like this on a Discord server or 4chan? It would be safer to use the usual pro-invasion telegram channels to get it out, from Russian or non-US based servers. Both 4chan and Discord use Cloudflare servers in San Francisco. Data has to be upload externally before it can be supposedly anonymous on them. Given 4chan's association with Q and the FBI's habit of using FISA as a rubber stamp to spy on whoever they want for any reason they want, a US based Cloudflare server would be the last place I would ever upload what I did not want any chance of getting traced back to me.

Question:
Some of the images have this on them "TOP SECRET//HSC-P/SI-G/TK//FGI/RSEN/ORCON/NOFORN/FISA", and on some images, the classification changes from section to section. "NOFORN" means "Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals", and FISA means "Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act". Much of the information was already public, and if this is a NATO document, then foreign nationals would have to get it. FISA is a law, not a secret classification.

I do not know how classified headings on documents are used. However, the classification labels seem to contradict the implied distribution of the documents (NOFORN) or what would apply to them (FISA).
