The New York State Supreme Court?

Trump’s case is currently before the Supreme Court, New York County. The New York Supreme Court, New York County, is where felony trials are heard. The highest court in New York is the Court of Appeals.

I agree with Dershowitz, that Trump will be convicted as the jury will be Braggs’ people. However, I don’t know how Trump’s case in New York, would jump to the United States Supreme Court.

Trump’s only hope is that one juror is a conservative who wants to move out of New York City after this is over. Because if you don’t vote to convict I have a feeling the city residents will make you disappear
