Apparently if the subject has been out of the jurisdiction of the court that the time absent is added to the time allowed to bring Federal charges. What does that even mean? More legalese BS?

It means Trump wasn’t in New York City and Trump couldn’t be served an indictment from previous investigations. The eff’n lard ass negro just served him last Thursday and where was Trump? In Florida, not New York City.
