Bragg promised in advance that he would try to find a way to indict Trump. His prior boasts are reminiscent of Stalin’s secret police enforcer Lavrentiy Beria’s quip, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” Nancy Pelosi gave the game away, when in her dotage, she muttered that Trump had a right to prove his innocence as if he is presumed guilty.
Arrest the Bidens. Corrupt to the core

Obama gun running would get the liberals inflamed. It actually should have been done, dozens of people were killed.

"Arrest the Bidens. Corrupt to the core"Indict all of the Obama and Biden kakistocrats. They have all given aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
Even The Federalist Executive Editor Joy Pullmann names Demonicrat names as being "clearly traitors." They all need to be tried, convicted, and sentenced to be one-time rope testers, and their carcasses left to rot off the noose.

Were the opposition to match tit-for-tat these Democratic means, then the republic would not survive.
"Were the opposition"? It's absolutely mandatory that Republican DAs indict Hunter, Joe, Nancy, Hillary on any state or local charge that may be applicable - unless the Democrats get a taste of their own antics, they will never stop. The time for GOP cowardice is long past.

I say arrest all these treasonous bastards and let them sit in jail like the J6 until we are good and ready to prosecute them

A House committee should subpoena Bragg, and have him arrested if he doesn’t show up. Turnabout is fair play.

Were the opposition to match tit-for-tat these Democratic means, then the republic would not survive. No Sale.
The Republic is already a pretense. A key "rule-of-engagement" which the Democrats insist upon is that their opponents must never be allowed to use any effective tactics.
The Democrats cheat, lie, and take bribes while rewarding a small number of supporters with payments stolen from taxing the general population. They exempt themselves from laws which they enforce against their opponents.
Those tactics work.
"If you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always count on support from Paul".
We are not winning when we express moral outrage against this system. We are winning when we drive the people out of office who are running this system. "Tit-for-Tat" lawfare is one of the tactics we can use effectively, at least for a while yet.
How can we avoid "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss" if we win?

I agree, but the Bidens are careful to live (and commit their crimes) in legally friendly jurisdictions—DC, Delaware, & doesn’t Hunter live in L.A. and sell his ‘artwork’ in NYC?

The Republicans do not have it in them to respond in kind. To wit} they don't have the guts, backbone, or desire. And besides, the Republican hierarchy and Democrat hierarchy are Blood Brothers. With the Democrats in control.
You can continue with your fantasies if you like. But the fact is that for that to happen, you would need a Republican Party with 99% new faces.

See tag line.
Oh, and, Mr. Hanson? The republic is dead.
It's time for the next republic to be born.
