and...... Walmart, Walgreens, Target just to name a few businesses that are making a trend
Thanks for that information!
During Covid Manhattan was ghosttownish. The traffic I’m talking about is suburb’s to NYC and getting in and around Brooklyn and Queens. I ve been doing it since 1982 and it’s horrendous now in terms of the time it takes to get around.Routes that used to take forty minutes now go for twice that most of the time. I have a dealer who won’t do certain prep work anymore because looking up one job 14 miles from his office takes up too much of his day.
Is it Democrats leaving, or the last remaining Republicans? It seems that blue areas are becoming bluer and red areas are becoming redder.
Helps them make room for 500,000 non-citizens - who will vote the way they are told. L.A. politicians consider this an upgrade.
dems trying to make red states blue
1984 and Le Camp des Saints were prophesies. So was The Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
Their exodus makes red areas 51% blue-then what?
We need people with more winter homes in Az.
RE: If traffic is an indicator no one is leaving NYC.
NYC is actually not losing population. For every person who leaves permanently, he is replaced by immigrants ( legal or illegal ).
Democrat damage in progress at some point people should but won’t learn not to vote democrat.
A bee knows when it’s the end and will sting itself to death it’swhat the democrat voters are doing.
Traffic is the indicator that no one is leaving. People have decided to drive solo instead of carpool or take mass transit because the roadway volumes dropped low enough to do so.

From the article: With buses to New York operating at only 20% or less of pre-COVID levels, and state and federal pandemic subsidies ending, the commuting part of the business is no longer sustainable, DeCamp said.
