I am calling BS on that statement. They came after Trump, long long ago, and it had nothing to do with anything. Russian Collusion (lies), Impeachment for demonstrating Government graft (Ukraine), Obstruction of Justice (when it was injustice), and the list goes on. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with Trump, as you so adequately note that Democrats have done far worse. No, lets be honest for a minute. This would have never happened if Trump hadn’t tried to reign in Government and Graft. You can bet your Constitution, your Religion, and your family that no person will ever try to ‘be elected and do the right thing for the people’ again.
Look at the Election in 2020, look at what was done in Arizona in 2022, recent IRS visits and silence on 19+ boxes of classified documents and information on the Biden laptop/bank deposits. Thousand years of Darkness awaits the demise of the light of the free world. When they come for you and your family, remember the moment when you judged Trump.
The point is, if you’re going to be targeted anyway, then maybe you should shy away from banging and paying off whores and porn stars. Why give them extra ammunition?

That is the most salient point of this debate. And you are right.
Trump had the savvy, the chutzpah and the money to take on this challenge of the presidency, because he saw the need for America First and thought he could win.
But, his life and his company took a big hit when he won, though he never really dwelled on it.
We need more America First citizen politicians stepping up. But after the way they went after Trump—from a well liked celebrity to comparisons to Hitler—his experience served an example to others what will happen to them if they dare to challenge establishment orthodoxy.
They have six ways to Sunday I heard a well placed New York politician once say. I suspect not many would want to sign up for that.
