Bragg is a state of New York prosecutor.

He charged Trump with breaking New York state laws.

I do not think the Feds will be involved at any level with any issue.

Additionally, Trump should not surrender, but force their hand to make federal officers arrest him.

That would make even more federal crimes resulting of Bragg’s lies and generates additional support for Trump.
