In 2018, Daniels sued to get the NDA voided because Trump never signed it. Cohen pled guilty to lying on a loan application, and also said in a 2018 letter that Trump or his Organizations never reimbursed him.

This legal proceeding is horrific, the DA should be disbarred and the charges should be dismissed.
But if you suborn perjury (Cohen and Clifford) and file false tax documents to hide the payoffs (IF), and if you are crosswise with the government, they ARE going to get you, eventually.
