Not trying to be argumentive, just trying to figure out how both pieces of data are arrived at (The $48.80 or so on oilprice.com vs. the $30 you quote.)
IMO the figure that counts most is Russian gov’t revenues — IF their reporting (sharp drop in revenues in 2023, compared to pre-war revenue in early 2022) can be believed.
No link p- not my job - just check Russian Eurol brand sales (Rosnef or maybe LukOil) if you can find it; it is no secret that Russia is forced to sell its oil way below market. Many have cited that price - I just do not remember who when where
