The committee can do nothing. He was convicted in a DC court. If he copped a plea, he admitted to the charges. I don’t think there’s much recourse if you agree to the charges. I think that’s why they are dragging out pre-trial detention for the rest.
As the first out of prison, he could do the talk-show circuit and make a few $. Especially if he wears his costume.
