In a statement to DailyMail.com on Thursday his attorney Albert S. Watkins said he had been released from prison to the custody of a halfway house.

Watkins is his former attorney and had nothing to do with the release..

Watkins is an incompetent boob. He hasn’t been Chansley’s attorney since late 2021.
