I think that if the White House wanted to know what was in it the locals would share the contents.
I believe (based on no direct evidence) that the killer’s motivations, on way or another are known to the White House.
Whether the people who really run the show there have told Biden is another question.
The “manifesto” aka “why I am going to slaughter children” is being investigated by Nashville LE and the “FBI”. Say goodbye to transparency, if it is released it will be redacted and/or altered. They have told us it reveals what type of guns and what she will wear to the “big” event, other than that this long manifesto is gone.
The manifesto hasn’t been released by the Nashville PD or FBI yet. If ever.
