Of course they know the identity of the perp. They’ll release that tidbit once they’ve sanitized the information package to the public... at least as much as they can... because there is probably something they desperately don’t want to tell us. I just told some buddies of mine -

I’ll bet you a nickel that this “female” shooter either -

1. Has a penis... meaning “she” is actually a “he”.
2. Is a black woman... meaning the MSM is desperately trying to spin this in another direction before the information is released.
3. Is a green/orange haired lesbian with a hatred of christians.
...or...
4. She was sexually involved with somebody inside that school... most likely somebody on staff...and something happened between them that triggered her.
