This is just straight-up pandering by Graham - as usual, he doesn't get it. Trump has support because he endorses policies his supporters want - those policies come first, not Trump.

It’s about getting policies implemented. You’re missing the point. Everyone will say Jerusalem is the capitol of Israel. Trump did it (just one example).
