Lawsuit? If the story as published is accurate, the three thugs with badges and the asshole that called them belong in PRISON for Felony Kidnapping, then they deserve to be Asset Stripped to the clothes on their backs. Unfortunately with the Legal Fiction that the Supreme Court CREATED OUT OF THIN AIR called “Qualified Immunity”, will only make the Taxpayers Pay.
Qualified Immunity needs to end. Period. The cop the dislocated Karen Gardner’s arm was arrested and sent to prison. The same needs to happen here IMO.
