Did you actually look at it? or did someone just report to you it looked fine?
Also... I do remember one of the many doctors who did videos on reporting contents of the vials did say that in the box of 5 vials he opened, 4 of them were saline. 1 had visibly active ingredients.
It’s literally like playing Russian Roulette.
