So much of our news these days sounds contrived like this, “I learned a hard lesson...” Change a few words and it could be why you should get your covid shot, or not listen to certain relatives. I’m not sure if it sounds more like communist propaganda or an infomercial.
Prior generations knew that, including the first ones in our Modern Warm Period. That's why there was so much doom and gloom in the 1970's when the political cult tried to convince the masses that the Modern Warm Period is over and we were entering a new global cooling period. The problem with that farce was that the measurements showed we were still warming. So the political cult had to change tactics and convince the masses that warming is a bad thing this time, that somehow this warming period is different. That our warming is somehow unprecedented and higher than ever.
Look at the graph! Our Modern Warm Period is just a repeat of the Medieval Warm Period, Roman Warm Period, and Minoan Warm Period. I'll worry about rising sea levels when ancient Ephesus (Bible book Ephesians) is a port city again like it was in Paul's day; global cooling has moved the seashore miles away more than global warming has moved it back to where it was 2,000 years ago. Our modern warming and sea levels haven't even caught up to what used to be normal, and we're supposed to believe it's higher than ever?

Yes, we all like clean air, clean water, a wide variety of animal and plant species, forests, etc. - and we SHOULD do reasonable things to keep (or obtain, if we don’t have them) those things that we want. But the idea that Mankind alone is responsible for shifts in the climate and large-scale natural disasters is completely absurd - so much so that you need to be a particularly stupid and gullible tard, one nearly completely ignorant of scientific knowledge, to believe those things.
