I think that the collection sites and depots are hard to conceal. We have civilians "volunteering" as health care providers in Moldova, Poland and some are even venturing into Ukraine to help.
If "civilians" can easily go across the borders, then spies and surveillance of rail roads, ports and roads from Germany, Poland into Ukraine and the Baltics is easy to trace. There are photos of row upon row of supplies in Poland. If civilians can provide that photo, then I'm sure the Russians know when or where the supplies are going.
We don't even know where all the weapons and ammo are going. I'm sure there is going to be "lost" items that will start showing up on the black markets for all sorts of weapons, ammo and other logistical material... (NVGs, optics, parts).
I don’t understand what you are posting about, of course Russia can see this, but the point is that they can’t do anything about it.
