Israel ratified a law on Thursday limiting the circumstances in which a prime minister can be removed, despite worries voiced by a government jurist that it may be meant to shield the incumbent Benjamin Netanyahu from any fallout from his corruption trials.
The amended definition for the "incapacity" of national leaders is among legislative measures by the religious-nationalist coalition that have tipped Israel into crisis, with the opposition arguing that judicial independence is in peril.
The coalition says the overhaul is aimed at pushing back against what it calls Supreme Court over-reach and restoring balance among branches of government.

Israel has an extreme, Marxist judiciary, led by a vile leftist named Esther Hayut, who thinks she is Queen Esther. She despises religious Jews and always sides with Arabs and left-wing, Soros-funded NGOs. And what is insane, is that her court gets to appint it OWN members! Bibi is just trying to end that, and the left is taking to the streets every day in hysterics.
Their Judicary runs a Dictatorship. They have say over laws.the Judicary is far left.
I assume that Israel still has an impeachment process similar to the US. If so, then yes, rouge politicians (rather than political supermajorities) have NO BUSINESS selecting leaders.
We had the same problem here in Texas, with the Travis County District Attorney (i.e., the Austin DA) being given the role of overseeing state-level ethics. Once Austin turned hard-core Leftist (pretty long ago, I suspect), he had NO PROBLEM in taking out every conservative that got in his way.
Like Israel, Texas also fixed their problem.
I generally recommend indefinite imprisonment for Judges in those circumstances.
Please see my response #5.
I love the smell of Leftists in Solitary in the Morning.
Bttt
Off topic a tad……..did Austin finally clean up their homeless living all over the city on the streets and under bridges?

Don’t know, haven’t been there in a bit. I do know that the state was looking to to clean things up, as most of the highway bridges are on state land.
