Ailing Mitch McConnell is facing a devastating brain damage nightmare as a severe concussion may end the Senate minority leader’s political career after an astounding 38 years in Congress, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Republican bigshot, 81, banged his brain in a terrible March 9 tumble at Washington D.C.’s Waldorf Astoria hotel — nearly four years after another serious fall forced him to have shoulder surgery!

I hope he expires by midnight tonight. He’s earned that kind of ill-wil.

“Sorry, I was talking about Senate leadership. Well, both. Kentucky gets a new senator, but the Senate “Republicans” need a new leader. For the moment, getting the latter is far more important than who is the new second senator from Kentucky.”

Oh. Right. I misunderstood. Paul would make a GREAT Republican leader. Unfortunately, we’ll probably get Cornyn or Thune, both pantywaists.

Not only that, the Founding Fathers deeply opposed parties which they termed “passions”.

They were quite aware of how parties operated by the example of the Mother Country, England. They wanted no part of parties, thinking, naively, it turns out, that all American patriots would “be on the same page”. The Constitution was written with no parties in mind; an example was the V.P. being the 2nd place finisher in the Electoral College.

And while Washington was against parties, ironically the parties developed in his Cabinet with Jefferson and Hamilton (who b.t.w. wasn’t black) leading the opposing factions.

If he retired tomorrow he’d be doing the country a great service.

I don’t see a problem. In the US Senate brain damage is considered a resume enhancement.

No particular reason but anything President Trump can do to push the dung rollers over the edge is worth the laughs.
