Would like to see this happen in the USA and purge the “Woke” members of the FBI, IRS, and the WH. FJB.
I suspect that refusal to show up for military duty would carry a stiff penalty.
What’s happening with the “protests” extending to the IDF is a demonstration of the power of the Leftist oriented Israeli press.
We can put it in simple terms as to the judicial reform measure being considered. Who selects new judges for the Israeli Supreme Court? Is it the Israeli legislature in conjunction with the Israeli Prime Minister, or vice a versa? No. The incumbent court members select new Supreme Court members. That is NOT “representative” government and it stretches the concepot of “an independent judiciary” to the point of being a government unto itself. Then add to that that the Israeli Supreme Court at present has ruled that it can weigh in on any law passed in Israel whether it bears any “constitutional” question or not - the court can declare any law simply does not meet its approval. All of that is as the Left in Israel wants it, and reforming all of that is what the “protests” are against.
