Sounds like the DA is getting cold feet?
Called it.
Meanwhile, homicides have risen 100%.
Yeah, the prosecution thought they had it done. Now they’re probably going to pass the indictment over to the Georgia court.
Called off by whom? (who?)
DA getting a reality check that he reached too far in what hopefully is a career-ending move on his part. I bet every leading Democrat who can talk to him is saying Stop! He’ll now find a face-saving way to carry this on to extract more from Trump but likely no indict him.

Any more recent information on this Congress sex slush fund since 2017?
If DJT were a (metaphorical) chess player, he'd stay away from the bait and say (or tweet) nothing. At all. For now.
I think Bragg is trying to figure out a way to walk back the pending indictment given the unexpected outrage from even some on the left and solid legal analysis from respected legal experts (Andrew Weissmann doesn’t count as an expert).
Trump-haters are so sure their long-awaited day has arrived, they may actually be the ones rioting should the indictment not come. I don’t think the amount of hate against Trump is as widespread as the media tries to pretend. They live in a DC/NY bubble and never actually get the views of those in fly-over states, although they sometimes pretend that they do.
It’s possible Bragg never intended for it to get to this point, but that the Obama/Clinton cabal started leaking imaginary reports to the media stating the indictment was imminent in order to push him into acting. Just a theory.
The revelation that exculpatory evidence from Cohen’s former counsel was withheld from the grand jury, does not help Bragg’s case.
Hush money? What hush money? In 2017, it was reported thatg Congress paid out $17M in sealed agreements for, at least in part, sexual misadventures.
Did Tara Reade get any money after Brandon allegedly digitally penetrated her while Brandon was a Senator? Did Brandon learn that technique while in the shower with his daughter?
wonder if they have enough votes?

BREAKING NEWS: Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg hid hundreds of pages of “exculpatory evidence” from grand jury in the case against President Trump.

Ooopsie.
9-11.233 - PRESENTATION OF EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE In United States v. Williams, 112 S.Ct. 1735 (1992), the Supreme Court held that the Federal courts' supervisory powers over the grand jury did not include the power to make a rule allowing the dismissal of an otherwise valid indictment where the prosecutor failed to introduce substantial exculpatory evidence to a grand jury. It is the policy of the Department of Justice, however, that when a prosecutor conducting a grand jury inquiry is personally aware of substantial evidence that directly negates the guilt of a subject of the investigation, the prosecutor must present or otherwise disclose such evidence to the grand jury before seeking an indictment against such a person. While a failure to follow the Department's policy should not result in dismissal of an indictment, appellate courts may refer violations of the policy to the Office of Professional Responsibility for review.

And yet, my personal boycott remains in place...
If the point of origin is New York, it goes back on the shelf
Trial balloon up. Results in. Arresting Trump hurts the cause.
Bragg finds excuse to change mind.
It’s not happening. Never was going to. It was a fishing expedition. That’s all.
