What issues would such a case expose? Trump attorney Cohen has already been charged, tried and convicted for his role with Daniels. Surely any national security risk would have been at risk/exposed in that case.

Secondly, as I pointed out earlier, Bragg didn’t appear before Jordan, Comer & Steil last week as they sent him a letter explaining why they believe his appearance is legitimate and extending the date to appear to 3-31. So IF he appeared, why the dog & pony show letter to appear?
