The only punishment they may ever get might be public street justice. Surrounded, they disappear into a crowd. The crowd disperses and there is a body left lying on the ground. Dead, beat to death or just strangled. Who struck the fatal blow? Nobody knows. Nobody will say.
That is the only justice that could be had.
THAT is the only kind of justice THEY deserve.
