It seems that #3 will never happen.

#2 is happening in San Francisco. The idiot Hillary “Defund the Police” Ronen San Francisco supervisor is now BEGGING for more police in her district. She voted to defund the police in 2020.

#1 is gaining traction.

You just don't understand the economics of the system. It's all free tax dollars for the courthouse crowd and associates to keep the revolving door and lifetime maintenance going. The more times these thugs pass through the more they make.

There's a political angle to this too. Members of the courthouse crowd getting elected to our legeslatures, in that it is in their self-interest to make laws that benefits this revolving door system. Such as the "No Cash Bail" that speeds up the rotation of that door.
