I think the NYC district attorney has another problem: how will he find 12 unbiased peers of Donald Trump in a 70-mile radius? NYC has been losing its big-dollar citizens to other states like Florida.

The article mentions the 2 year Statute of Limitation for Misdemeanors, and the absolutely ludicrous basis for upping the charge to a felony. But the Statute of Limitation for a Felony is five years, which has also expired. Nothing about this prosecution is tenable except the corrupt venue.
