The best thing for DeSantis to do, IMHO, is state clearly and plainly, it will require an ENFORCED Federal Court Order to take Trump out of Florida.

Intellectual honesty. We already know unprovoked Trump bashed Gov. DeSantis in the hours before DeSantis' 2022 re-election. What would Trump do if the tables were turned and Ron DeSantis was facing indictment?

Why should Haley and DeSantis say anything? If this is as minor as some people claim, then Trump can handle it all on his own. If the charges are solid and likely to result in a conviction, then it’s best to keep away from Trump.
There’s nothing to gain for Haly and DeSantis by speaking up because many Trump supporters won’t vote for them anyways and will continue to attack the two every chance they get as they had been doing before this happened.

I never intended for a second to go to the Jan.6 rallies and believed it was a setup and a trap with agent provocateurs and phony protesters all around. As the anti-Dem National Convention protests in 1967 with police and federal phonies all over Chicago, released from jail cells quietly to go the cop bars with buddies after pretending to be anti-Humphrey types.

Actually, Stormy admitted it was all a lie, there was no affair, which is why she lost her defamation case against Trump and had to pay him and his legal fees.
