Theoretically he could run for President while sitting in a jail cell.

He could run as a convicted felon!

He’s a natural born U.S. citizen!

He’s over 35 years old!

Nothing in the Constitution prevents a felon from becoming President.

The problem will be that the various state GOPE/RINOs who control the primaries will keep him off the ballot because he’s in jail. It would only take a dozen to a score of states.

They’ll meet and tearfully conclude that they just can’t sully their long tradition of only allowing candidates with “good moral values” to be allowed to represent their party.

Forget innocent until proven guilty, they’ll solemnly opine ... “This just makes us look bad”.
