So a local DA can bring Federal Election Law charges? Oh and the Statue of Limitations was over two years ago..... what are the charges?
This is wrong. However, we are missing countless opportunities granted to us by the left in that DA’s across America should be opening criminal probes into election fraud, the Biden pay-for-play, Hunter’s human trafficking, wire/mail fraud, and other criminal activities that do not fit the menu in Washington DC.
Take the “legal logic” used in NYC and Fulton County, Georgia, and apply it to all of the above.
