If he had only refused to certify the stolen 2020 election, he would have gone down in history as one of the best statesmen in history.
He would have suffered little if at all for doing this.
Regardless of the outcome after his failure to certify, he would be a perpetual hero of the Republic and next in line after Trump to be POTUS.
Amazing how history puts men to the test. Also amazing how if they fail they are relegated to oblivion.
