Pensions are apparently a small portion of Ukraine's chosen use of US humanitarian war assistance. I doubt anyone's mind about out part in this conflict would hinge on that issue.

Wrong. The question is if we have enough lawmakers in either house of congress to force Biden and the irresponsible members to hold Ukraine to limit the aid to actual military needs.
