While I’m not for government banning this stuff, I don’t eat these things intentionally and avoid stuff with these ingredients (and many more) as much as possible
I follow one simple rule when cooking: Ingredients should not have ingredients. If you keep this in mind, you’ll avoid most of the chemical additives in processed foods.
