Does Congress have the power to indict? I thought they could do no more than investigate and collect information.
They can set up the crooks by having then come in and testify under oath.
Then the D0J can prosecute.
So “Get on it congress!”
Congress (House and Senate) can impeach, convict, and remove any Federal official. If they were our legitimate representatives, the Wrays and Garlands would have been gone a long time ago.
