The problem is two fold.

1) GOP areas are rural it’s harder to collect the ballots. We can’t just go to the HUD apartment and collect votes.

Yes, we can. Two things - some of the folks whose ballots are being harvested aren't paying much attention to who they vote for - if Democrat wranglers come in unopposed to distribute and collect ballots, which party do you think those ballots will be for? And second of all, did you see how much of the black and Hispanic election-day vote Trump got in 2020? Get even that percentage from the mail-in ballots and Trump is probably in the WH right now. The problem is that Trump got 0% of those ballots because the RNC is absolutely clueless and never learns.

Urging is fine - but Trump has the money to put together his own highly effective ballot harvesting mechanism. If he does it, he has a very realistic chance at winning next year.
