There is no risk for the dems in ballot harvesting. They could clear out the Tijuana city jail and have the prisoners paying skid row bums in LA to fill out ballots to be harvested. No problem. But you let a conservative or church group put the wrong angle on a crossed T and I guarantee it won’t hold up under the intense DOJ scrutiny these groups can expect.
