I just saw, Kernville is dangerously flooded. The Kern River crested and there are mandatory evacuations. We used to camp along that river several times per year.

Like someone else said, just wait until the record snow pack starts melting. I believe they are already starting to drain the reservoirs in anticipation. Or maybe not, since California is run by communist retards.
