Two days of public hearings on reparations were just concluded in Sacramento. From the photos, it looks like maybe 5% of the attendees were white. Here is what one typical "witness" had to say...
“How can we let bygones be bygones when the knee of white supremacy is still on the necks of Black Americans, choking the very life from us?” -- Maureen Simmons. 
Simmons is a consultant who began researching the reparations issue in Shirley Weber’s office back in 2019. hirley Weber, D-San Diego wrote the execrable CA legislation to explore how the state could potentially remedy the harms caused by enslavement and racial discrimination. It was signed by Newsom.

The case of Charles Q Brown being USAF CoS is especially egregious. He has a Civil Engineering degree from Texas Tech; nothing bad about that, but the USAF is full of people with name school Aero/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degress going out to PhD. Hell, we have them on this forum.

The man knows he was promoted for his race. On a competitive basis, he's just another face in the crowd. But his own sense of entitlement and victimhood prompted him to push for this. He's no star. Quite the opposite. But he's OK to risk the fate of the planet for his own self indulgence and of course his race, who he exists for and no other.
As for the others, it's a similar story. FAA administrator? Outside of the military black people are a tiny minority in aviation. Why? Beats me. Don't see them in the mechanics schools, don't see them at the flight schools, don't see them especially in the Aero Engineering schools. So of course, let's put one of them in charge!
The Eloi/Morlock world that the anti-White Left want to construct is failing wherever it's been tried, but that won't stop them from doing it. But at some point the real achievers will refuse to allow themselves to be stripped of their production. That will unfortunately come after a lot of bad things happen...like a Chinese military that doesn't suffer from such delusions taking advantage of stupid moves by semi-competent placeholders in positions of decision making.
