The EU, and especially Germany, is totally dependent on manufacturing and industry and they simultaneously want to do away with oil and gas. No way it will ever happen in spite of what AOC and Greta want. Either use fossil fuels to generate energy or perish — windmills and solar panels won’t cut it. It is like having one windmill and using it’s total energy output to fabricate every nut and bolt of the second windmill and using any extra rnergy to cook, heat the house and charge your EV and iluminate the street.
