I hate to stay it, but defense attorneys have lunch and play golf with the judges and prospectors. Usually they are just playing a part in the big Kabuki theater they call the "justice system".
The myth of the defense attorney fighting hard for his client, and pulling out a miraculous verdict at the last minute is exactly as true as the FBI television shows where the feds are competent and able to catch the crooks every time.

I believe a lot of those defense attorneys were court appointed and they hated their clients. Sort of like LTG Michael Flynn’s defense attorneys. The judicial system in Washington D.C. is corrupt. JMO.
At this point, I wouldn’t put half past the government to initially claim this video never existed.
