I've seen Hobbs in live interviews. She is a simpleton and a ditz. She is not cooking this stuff up. She is merely the mouthpiece for the central committee running the show.
Don't they respect the rule of law? The court has ruled. Hobbs must obey or be in contempt.

It would be curious to know who the middle-man is between the Governor and the cartel. Has to be someone who has daily meetings with her and advises on positions to take.
